 Precision & Repeatability
Machining capabilities at J.R. Hoe & Sons are state-of-the-art. With its late 1990's upgrade to MAZAK computer numerically controlled (CNC) turning and milling centers, HOE offers high precision machining for a diverse range of projects from virtually any metal or plastic. An important feature of CNC machining is that as a part configuration is programmed into the controller, it may be repeated at any time to near-perfect dimensional tolerance.
The Single Source AdvantageWith its in-house iron casting capability coupled with CNC machining, HOE is a one-stop source for quality cast parts fully machined to tolerances of .001 and down.The customer may specify the cast iron metallurgy required to have the casting blank produced in the HOE foundry. The casting may then be CNC machined "in-house" to near perfect tolerance. These program-machined parts will be reproduced identically on the next order. To assist customers with initial set-up, HOE offers complete pattern/tooling services. The HOE Single Source Advantage for cast and finished parts streamlines the parts supply process and gives the customer control. Traditional Machine ServicesStandard manual turning, drilling and milling services are also performed in-house on a production basis. |
