With its in-house engineering capabilities complemented by a workforce which averages over 20 years experience per team member, J. R. Hoe & Sons offers a background of solid expertise to produce a diverse range of custom fabrications for various applications in the industrial and construction markets. Dimensional accuracy is insured by computer numerically controlled (CNC) equipment in its plate burning, sawing, and drilling operations. Welders are AWS – certified and follow the latest up-to-date weld procedures. Each custom fabrication is fully inspected for dimensional tolerance and fit before shipment. HOE has produced special fabrications from various grades of steel, stainless steel, as well as aluminum.

THE MACHINED EDGE

When dimensional accuracy beyond standard tolerances are required, J. R. Hoe can incorporate full machining services into its custom fabrications. The HOE machining division, also CNC-based, offers versatility to machine both the sub-components and/or the completed fabrication. Since both fabrication and finish machining is performed “in-house”, a tighter control and reliability is offered to the customer.
