Since 2003 the foundry team at J. R. Hoe & Sons has produced and shipped thousands of iron castings to markets regionally and around the world.

While reaching 5 years without a workplace injury would be admirable for any business, it is an extraordinary accomplishment in the iron casting and metal fabrication industries.

The company has been recognized by numerous industry groups and was featured recently in the national trade journal Fabricator.

J. R. Hoe & Sons was also recognized by the Kentucky Labor Cabinet with the Governors SAFETY and HEALTH Award in 2006 and 2008. Also in 2006 the Kentucky Division of workplace standards presented J. R. Hoe & Sons with the Thoroughbred Award for excellence in small business.
